Correcting Construction Type to print properly on eForm applications

WC & Employers Liability and Increased Employers Liability

1. In the Workers Compensation data grid, Part 2 Employers Liability section you have 2 options in how to input data.  There is not a "right" or "wrong" way to input this data.  Either will allow data to flow to eForms, Summary of Insurance and Producer Plus proposals.  Please note that if you check the box next to Increased Limits you must type limits in the area below for limits to flow to eForms, Summary of Insurance or Producer Plus proposals.

Previously in AFW uses could select either Workers Comp & Employers Liability, Employer's Liability Only or Increased Employer's Liability.  In AFW this was a toggle switch and you could only chose one or the other.  AMS360 allows you to choose both.

Correcting Property Construction Type to print properly on eForm applications

Several Construction Types appear correctly in the AMS360 data grids, but truncate or do not print correctly when creating eForms applications due to the number of characters in the field:

You will need to delete spaces, characters, etc... from the field so that a complete construction type is shown:

• Create the forms in AMS360 using the "Create Forms" function

• Click the Edit Form icon and edit the field as needed
